Katai was the most difficult horse (for me) that I've had but they all find ways to challenge us and there are ways that she isn't difficult. Giving me something to think about anyway!Piccoloponyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08275679567725425281noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8966607782338922376.post-27876702505806056172017-07-03T07:33:15.949-07:002017-07-03T07:33:15.949-07:00aw i loved reading this - thanks for taking time t...aw i loved reading this - thanks for taking time to write it out! it's especially useful for me as a newer reader to learn more about your history with Katai (tho i've read a little bit through the archives now). i think this story is so important tho bc horses ARE hard. Katai is maybe hard in ways slightly different from other horses, but ultimately this sport demands a lot of work from us. and we can only get out what we put in, tho the ratios end up a little different with different horses. the most important thing tho, is that no matter the work, the blood sweat tears time money energy, all of it, that we feel like we're getting what we need from it. that it's fulfilling and rewarding. so cool that, after everything, Katai has become that horse! emmahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05686949099663199382noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8966607782338922376.post-63201390139777591092017-07-02T12:26:48.255-07:002017-07-02T12:26:48.255-07:00Thank you :) Yeah, it felt a bit like jumping out ...Thank you :) Yeah, it felt a bit like jumping out of a plane without knowing if my parachute would open or not but I"m so glad I took the chance!<br />Piccoloponyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08275679567725425281noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8966607782338922376.post-24852491419575596412017-07-01T08:16:38.057-07:002017-07-01T08:16:38.057-07:00Yes yes yes.
